Fair Farms is an Australian Training and Certification Program for social compliance. We are committed to helping growers improve their compliance with workplace laws and to demonstrate to buyers and the community that they treat workers in a fair, ethical, and responsible manner.
As an integral partner to the fresh produce supply chain we enable businesses to meet their social compliance requirements and maintain market access.
How to Become Certified
Fair Farms certification is a simple six-step process:
Read the Fair Farms Standard
Register online and pay the membership fee
Complete the Online Self-Assessment (OSA)
Complete recommended training
Arrange your Audit (3rd Party)

Fair Farms is developed and implemented by Horticulture peak industry body Growcom, with support from the Federal Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry, AUSVEG, Fresh Markets Australia and the National Farmers Federation - Horticulture Council.
